Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and engage with customers on the phone and in store. Responsibilities include assisting in merchandise selection, cash handling, processing transactions, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining store organization. This role includes performing various operational tasks and occasional deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging and Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
