Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet customers, assist in merchandise selection, look up parts and quote prices, process transactions, handle exchanges/returns, address complaints, and perform daily store operations including freight receival, stocking, planogram updates, and basic in-store services (e.g., replacing wipers, testing batteries). The role supports store management and installers, with emphasis on customer-focused selling, related-item recommendations, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; ASE certification is a desirable qualification. The position may involve occasional delivery driving as needed. Strong emphasis on customer service, accuracy in cash handling, and ability to multitask across phone and in-person interactions is required.
