Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection, resolving customer complaints, maintaining cash register accuracy, and performing various in-store services, including delivery when required. This position necessitates multitasking capabilities while managing both in-person and phone inquiries, and adherence to company customer service programs. Training opportunities and career growth are promoted within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Knowledge of weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
