The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and support various operational tasks including customer inquiries, cash handling, and inventory management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
