Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, promoting various customer service programs. Key responsibilities include assisting customers in merchandise selection, managing phone inquiries, maintaining cash drawer security, processing returns, and resolving customer complaints. Additionally, the role involves daily operational tasks like inventory management, operating store test equipment, and providing in-store services when allowed by law. Candidates must possess strong multitasking abilities and provide excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
