Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and assist with various operational tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phone calls, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints. Required skills include strong customer service abilities and multitasking. Familiarity with automotive parts and service is preferred, along with the ability to complete assigned training.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
