Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management, and executing various tasks including handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory. Essential skills include multitasking, excellent customer service orientation, and familiarity with automotive parts. Candidates with ASE certification and bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
