Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, support professional customers, handle cash transactions accurately, process returns, and perform various automotive services while ensuring excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish
