Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management with tasks, and assists in merchandising and cashier duties. Responsibilities include following customer service programs, greeting customers, helping with product selection, assisting professional customers, answering store calls, lookup up parts and quoting prices, offering related and premium items, processing payments and returns, resolving complaints, maintaining visual standards (image maker, planogram, stocking, fronting, facing), and performing in-store services such as battery tests and light repairs where allowed. Bilingual ability is encouraged; ASE certification is a desirable qualification. The role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, inventory management, compliance with policies, and contributing to store operations and team growth.

- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask in-store and phone interactions
- Familiarity with automotive parts and cataloging is desirable
