Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assisting them with merchandise selection and managing customer interactions effectively. Essential functions include greeting customers, promoting company services, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, managing exchanges and returns, addressing customer complaints, and completing daily operational tasks. Candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities and excellent customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
