Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection and supporting store management in various tasks. Responsibilities include promoting customer service programs, greeting customers, answering phone queries, maintaining the cash drawer, processing returns, and resolving complaints. Additional duties involve daily operational tasks, using store test equipment, and performing in-store services as permitted by law. The ideal candidate must excel in customer interactions, multitasking, and possess a swift ability to match alphanumeric sequences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask handling customers on the phone and in-store
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly Index System
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
