The Parts Specialist provides exceptional service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in assigned tasks. Responsibilities include promoting company customer service programs, assisting customers with merchandise selection, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing returns and exchanges, handling customer complaints, and managing daily operational tasks. The role requires multitasking and the ability to provide professional customer service. Seeking candidates with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
  • Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
  • Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
