Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and merchandise returns. Process cash and credit card transactions, handle exchanges and returns, and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs such as the Low-Price Guarantee and Related Selling. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
