Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide outstanding service to retail and installer customers, assist managers with tasks, and complete assigned training. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, handling inventory, and performing in-store services while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
