Parts Specialist

Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver excellent customer service to retail and installer clients, assist store management, and handle various operational tasks like managing cash drawers, processing transactions, resolving customer complaints, and performing in-store services. Candidates should be able to multitask effectively and have the ability to match alphanumeric sequences. Familiarity with automotive parts and services, as well as ASE certification, is preferred. This role supports growth within O'Reilly Auto Parts, emphasizing a promote-from-within culture.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
