Parts Specialist

Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, greets customers, assists with parts selection, looks up parts and quotes prices, processes transactions, handles returns/exchanges, maintains cash drawer, answers calls, performs stock/planogram tasks, and may perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries). Bilingual candidates encouraged. The role includes occasional vehicle deliveries and adherence to company policies, with training completed as required.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Familiarity with automotive parts and cataloging systems
- Fluency in Spanish highly desired
- Ability to process payments accurately (cash, checks, credit cards)
- Willingness to perform in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries)
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
