Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service, assist in merchandise selection, handle customer complaints, and support store management with assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts

- weatherly index system
- automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
