Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional retail and installer customer service, assist management with tasks, and perform various in-store services. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining cash transactions, handling complaints, and managing inventory.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
