Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers by assisting them in merchandise selection and addressing customer complaints. Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling phone inquiries, maintaining the cash drawer, processing returns, and assisting with daily operational tasks. The role also involves operating equipment, performing in-store services, and making deliveries when required. Candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system experience
- Automotive sales or service knowledge
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
