Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Follow company programs like Hi-5 and Low Price Guarantee while recommending premium items and resolving complaints. Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions; manage the cash drawer, and handle exchanges and returns. Maintain image makers and planograms, perform inventory cycle counts, and operate brake lathes and test equipment after training. Prepare merchandise returns for the distribution center and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Complete assigned company training and assist store management with daily operational tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
