Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers; greet walk-in customers, assist with product selection, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items. Process exchanges and returns, maintain cash drawer, handle cash/cheques and credit card transactions, address customer complaints, and assist with daily store operations including stocking, planogram updates, freight receival, and inventory counts. Operate store equipment after training; may occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
