Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and processing exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions. Maintain the cash drawer securely and perform in-store services such as testing batteries, scanning trouble codes, and installing wipers. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
