Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Resolve customer complaints, complete daily image maker updates, and perform planogram stocking, cleaning, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, perform in-store vehicle services such as battery testing and code scanning, and make deliveries when required. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
