Job Summary
Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers; support store management in tasks; greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise; handle cashier duties, returns, and credit processing; assist with in-store services (installing wipers, testing and charging batteries, testing charging system, scanning vehicle trouble codes, replacing headlight capsules); contribute to merchandising tasks (planogram updates, freight recebival, stocking, fronting); drive delivery vehicle when needed and ensure driving eligibility; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
