Job Summary
Provide high level of service to retail and installer customers; greet customers and assist with merchandise selection; process exchanges/returns and handle cash/credit; manage calls and quotes; assist with store operations (stocking, planogram updates, freight receival, inventory counts); perform in-store services (install wipers, test/charge batteries, diagnose vehicle trouble codes) and occasional delivery driving when needed; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly, professional customer service
- Multitask in store and over the phone
- Familiarity with automotive parts and sales/service is a plus
- Spanish language ability is highly desired
