Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Follow company customer service programs like Hi-5 and Low Price Guarantee while maintaining the cash drawer and processing transactions. Complete daily image maker updates, stocking shelves, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as battery testing and wiper installation. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Multitask between phone and store interactions while maintaining accurate records. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
