Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high-level service to retail and installer customers. Duties include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, providing excellent phone service, managing cash and transactions, and addressing customer complaints. The role involves performing various operational tasks, assisting with inventory counts, and operating store test equipment. Candidates should possess multitasking abilities and strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
