Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and support all company customer service programs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining the cash drawer, resolving complaints, and various operational tasks related to store inventory and customer service.

- Outstanding customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
