Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exemplary service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management in various tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, managing cash drawer accurately, processing exchanges, and resolving customer complaints. The role also involves maintaining store operations, assisting with inventory tasks, and occasionally making deliveries. Required skills include the ability to multitask, provide professional customer service, and quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
