Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides excellent customer service to retail and installer customers, assists management with assigned tasks, and engages in customer interaction both in-store and over the phone. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining the cash drawer, managing returns and complaints, and performing various operational tasks. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and professional service skills, with preferred knowledge in automotive parts and sales.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
