Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in accomplishing assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints. The role also involves performing daily operational tasks, operating store test equipment, and occasionally making deliveries. Required skills include the ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences, multitasking, and delivering excellent customer service. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and services.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
