Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers and managers with assigned tasks. Execute daily operational duties including stocking shelves, updating planograms, processing returns, conducting inventory cycle counts, and operating store test equipment. Provide in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries while maintaining cash drawer security and handling credit card transactions. Resolve customer complaints and promote company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
