Job Summary
The Parts Specialist role involves providing high-level service to retail and installer customers, assisting them in selecting merchandise, and supporting store management. Responsibilities include promoting company customer service programs, managing cash drawer transactions, addressing customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks. The position also entails assisting with in-store services like battery testing and making deliveries as needed. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and are encouraged to possess familiarity with automotive parts and certification like ASE.

- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
