Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service, including greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and supporting management tasks. Key duties include maintaining cash drawers, processing returns, resolving complaints, and performing operational tasks like inventory counts. The role requires multitasking skills to handle in-store and phone customers simultaneously, and the ability to operate store equipment after appropriate training.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
