Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets customers, assists in selecting merchandise, supports store management in assigned tasks, handles cash and payments, processes exchanges/returns, resolves customer complaints, and performs in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries) with training. Responsibilities include following customer service programs, inventory and planogram updates, freight receipt, stocking, and occasional delivery support. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification and automotive familiarity are preferred. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, cash handling, and operating store equipment within a retail automotive parts environment.

- Spanish language desirable (bilingual)
- Familiarity with automotive parts preferred
- ASE certification desired
