Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service to retail and installer customers, greet walk-in customers, assist with merchandise selection, perform cashier duties, process exchanges/returns, handle phone inquiries, and support store management with daily tasks. Duties include stocking, planogram updates, freight receipt, image maker tasks, inventory checks, and operating store equipment after training. bilingual candidates are encouraged; opportunities to assist with automotive services such as wipers, batteries, trouble codes, and other in-store services. The role emphasizes customer service, sales, merchandising, cash handling, and teamwork to support store operations and customer satisfaction.
