Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as needed. Process credit card transactions, handle cash drawers, and manage exchanges and returns. Maintain image makers, update planograms, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Install wipers, test batteries, scan trouble codes, and replace headlight capsules where permitted. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
