Parts Specialist

Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as needed. Process credit card transactions, handle cash drawers, and manage exchanges and returns. Maintain image makers, update planograms, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Install wipers, test batteries, scan trouble codes, and replace headlight capsules where permitted.
