Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, involving greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and resolving complaints. Responsibilities include maintaining cash drawers, processing returns, operating store testing equipment, and performing in-store services. The role requires strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and familiarity with automotive parts. Candidates with ASE certification and bilingual skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
