The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management with assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, maintaining customer service programs, accurately handling cash transactions, processing returns, and resolving customer complaints. The role requires ability to multitask and proficient customer service skills. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and services. - Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service

- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
