Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to both retail and installer customers, assist store management with tasks, and support customer needs by greeting them and helping with merchandise selection. Responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks such as inventory management and in-store services. Skills required include the ability to accurately match alphanumeric sequences, multitask effectively, and deliver outstanding customer service. Candidates with automotive knowledge and bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish
