Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, assist professional customers, manage cash transactions, maintain inventory, and perform various operational tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
