Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and support various operational tasks in the store. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling phone inquiries, accurately managing cash transactions, processing exchanges and returns, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining store organization. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and a willingness to learn about automotive parts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
