Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and engage in various tasks such as greeting customers, answering calls, processing transactions, maintaining cash drawer security, and handling customer complaints. Responsibilities also include assisting with inventory management, operating store test equipment, and performing customer services in accordance with local laws. Required skills include the ability to multitask and provide professional customer service, with desired experience in automotive parts and bilingual abilities being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Knowledge of weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
