The Parts Specialist delivers high-quality service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management in completing assigned tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining a cash drawer, processing returns, resolving customer complaints, and completing daily operational tasks.
