Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management tasks, and assisting in operational duties. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining the cash drawer, processing exchanges and returns, addressing customer complaints, updating inventory, and operating store equipment. Applicants must demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
