Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-quality service to retail and installer customers by assisting with merchandise selection, handling customer calls, and managing transactions. Responsibilities include promoting customer service programs, maintaining the cash drawer, processing exchanges, and resolving complaints. The role requires multitasking, following company policies, and completing daily operational tasks. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and the ability to handle alphanumeric sequences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
