Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and assist in merchandise selection. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, fulfilling phone inquiries, managing cash transactions, processing returns, and resolving complaints. The role also involves stocking shelves, conducting inventory, and performing in-store services within legal limits. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with automotive parts, with an emphasis on fluency in Spanish preferred.

- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
