Parts Specialist

Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management with tasks, greets customers, assists with parts lookup and pricing, supports professional customers, processes transactions, handles exchanges/returns, maintains cash drawer, stocks shelves, performs daily operational tasks (receiving, inventory counts, planogram updates), may perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, charging systems, trouble code scans, headlights), and may drive a delivery vehicle as needed. Bilingual ability encouraged; ASE certification and automotive parts familiarity are desirable; emphasizes customer service programs and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask; handle customers on the phone and in-store
- Ability to operate store systems for cash handling and credit card transactions
- Ability to follow company policies for exchanges, returns, and complaints
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with automotive parts and inventory/helpful knowledge or ASE certification (desirable)
