Job Summary
The Parts Specialist role involves providing high-level service to retail and installer customers, assisting with store management tasks, and working to promote company customer service programs. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining company training, and accurately handling cash transactions. The candidate must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask. Additional duties may include performing in-store services, operating necessary equipment, and making deliveries when required. Bilingual proficiency is encouraged, particularly in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Experience with weatherly index system
- Knowledge of automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
