Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram adjustments, inventory cycle counts, and merchandise returns. Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer security. Perform in-store services such as battery testing, code scanning, and wiper installation, and operate brake lathe equipment after training. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business dictates. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
